a wine tasting at Houghton Vineyards----just for a change.....

Just to prove it, here is the hils stood beside the Singapore river looking down stream towards Boat Quay. We are now in Oz and being looked after by my big bruv Dave and his adorable wife Sandy. We've seen some great views of Perth and we'll see more in the next few days. I'll try to show another photo but as I can't preview what I'm selecting it's going to be pot luck. If it's good I'll let it live, if it's bad I won't! Let's see what happens......

The countdown has started!

Friday 13th January 2006.

Sunday lunch at the Chilton will be our family farewell meal. We intend to be as organised as possible before our Wednesday departure. Sue is taking us to Newcastle Airport to catch the 0630 to Heathrow and then the RTW begins!! More to follow...................
